THE VAULT — THE MEETING STUDIO FOR CLIENT WORK
The Vault is a meeting studio for freelancers and agencies that combines video calls, client CRM, client email, AI briefs, and GitHub scaffold in one workflow. Hosts schedule sessions, meet with clients over WebRTC, then deliver email, AI output, documents, and code scaffold without losing meeting context between studio tabs. Stop fragmenting context across disconnected browser tabs. Maintain a single, persistent state for every client session.

[LOCAL_ENCRYPTION]
Per-client vault items store opaque JSON payloads as ciphertext (AES-256-GCM) when VAULT_ENCRYPTION_KEY is configured on the server.
[ACCESS_CONTROL]
The studio dashboard requires a signed-in session. Guests join meetings via invite link or room code; private routes are marked noindex.
[DATA_PERSISTENCE]
Database records persist normally. Recordings on Vercel require blob storage; without it, uploads may be ephemeral and recap playback can 404.
[THE DISCONNECTED STACK // FRAUGHT WITH FRICTION]
Zoom/Google Meet for calls, Calendly for links, Notion for messy scattered documentation, and generic CRMs for pipeline logging. Context gets lost in the gaps.
[THE UNIFIED RUNTIME // CONTEXT-LOCKED]
The Vault folds all components into a single, cohesive engine. The interface adapts to your workflow, keeping meeting data tightly bound to CRM records and production code outputs.
